Hong Kong HIV Infections Reach Record High

The China Daily reports that Hong Kong has reached a record high of reported HIV infections for a single year. There were 485 cases recorded in 2008, which is an increase of 5% over the previous year, and the highest number of cases recorded since Hong Kong started tracking HIV infection in 1984.
