CarnalNation has been inspired lately by some very hot gender-bending expression and sexual celebration. Although it’s almost a never-ending mission here at CarnalNation to represent sexual diversity, we continually strive to honor the beauty of gender and sex. Sometimes (all right, most times) this comes in very sexy forms. For instance, we recently took our reporting a step further and not only covered Courtney Trouble’s latest porn shoot, but we also hosted it at my flat.  As if that wasn’t enough queer energy for us, we also recently covered the fourteenth annual San Francisco Drag King Competition at the DNA Lounge, and although not every life lesson can be learned in a book, Sinclair Sexsmith of The Sugarbutch Chronicles shares with CarnalNation how the written word has helped him to heal.
