Gross out - a bit unfair?

OK, you've asked for examples of gross-out scenarios and these are all real and terrible, but how often does that happen? Your comic, and othert blogs, rightly do a lot to promote SWs as "real people", but can I make a plea for the punter please? Only a small minority are like that. Most of us are clean, well scrubbed and have nothing but respect for the ladies we engage.

Oh, I absolutely agree with you. If that stuff wasn't a small minority it wouldn't be worth any amount of money to be a hooker. Almost all my clients are clean, polite, regular guys. If most were nasty I'd be out of business. Those things do come up, though. As a sex worker, I enjoy reading Modern Hooker because I can SO relate. Every job has it's hazards. But let me offer my thanks and a pat on the back to you - the respectful and well scrubbed client. You are the sort that we are happy to have call and make an appointment.

I'm Glad I Can't Relate!

I love the humour in Modern Hooker's work but I can honestly say that this Gross Out seriously grossed me out! Maybe because I attract the dinner date/overnight gents, I have not come across scenarios such as those mentioned. I can say that I've been irked by the "Octopus Man" who is fondling me at 4am on an overnight, or the gent who is determined to become amorous with kissing of all types at 5am before he has brushed his teeth from a night's slumber in each other's arms! Yikes.

The scenarios were amusing, but not quite what I've experienced, and for that I'm thankful! Thank you for your input, Jekandhyd. We do appreciate gentlemen such as yourself. And Modern Hooker, keep up the hilarious work!

I agree with all of you. It's rare to encounter these types of gross outs at the level of escort work, but they do happen -- to some more than others and I have no idea why. Keep in mind, this is a comic strip - comedy - and exaggerated for the benefit of the medium. And, YES, bless the majority of clients who keep it clean. There should be annual John Award ceremonies for you guys.
