Russian Woman Lifts 31 Pounds With Her Vagina

According to The Guinness Book of World Records, the world's strongest vagina is that of Tatiata Kozhevnikova, a 42-year-old woman from Novosibirsk, Russia. Kozhevnikova just proved her claim to the title for the second time by lifting a 14 kg glass ball with her vaginal muscles. That's about 31 pounds, or the weight of a small dog, dangling from her lady bits. Kozhevnikova has been working on strengthening her vaginal muscles since she first gave birth, 15 years ago: "After I had a child, my intimate muscles got unbelievably weak," she said. "I read books on Dao and learned that ancient women used to deal with this problem using wooden balls, I looked around, saw a Murano glass ball and inserted it in my vagina. It took me ages to get it out!"

The glass balls she uses to exercise now are custom-made. One of the balls goes inside, with a string ending in a hook, upon which she hangs the second ball. "It’s enough to exercise your vagina five minutes a day, ladies," she says. "And in just one week you’ll be able to give yourself and your man unforgettable pleasure in bed."
