Your Sex Magic Reading for July 2009

The end of June and beginning of July signify to most of us the lovely long warm days of summer. The sun is so amazing: our entire solar system could not exist without it. It warms our bodies and makes us feel energized and alive. Two cards influence this month: The Chariot and Strength. Both cards represent our ability to change and move against adversity. So there isn’t a person alive that hasn’t lied to get something they wanted. I know you have done it once. I’m guessing at least twice. The trick is to make sure you don’t hurt anyone along the way. It’s OK to desire things that you can’t have, but when you throw deceit in with lies, you have a pot boiling over with trouble. Be warned, my playful Twin: this is messy territory. This month’s homework is fairly deep. Look at your shadow side. How dark is it, really? Are you addicted to something you know is unhealthy for you but continue to do it anyway in secret? Do you seek revenge when you don’t get what you want? Or do you just let it slide off your back and move on? Whatever the case may be, this month is all about being aware of how you react to things that push your buttons. Whatever the situation you find yourself in, think about what it would be like to be on the receiving end. Hot sex is better when the playing field is level, and everyone knows what is on the table.

It means that July is going to be spent looking deep into things, exploring how they affect you, and figuring out what you can learn from it. You really want to know the truth, but sometimes you are willing to make exceptions for the people you care about. Don’t. Get to the bottom of things this month. Get a little emotional. I know it is difficult for you, but seriously, tears heal. If you lover is not doing it for you this month, go out with your friends. Reconnect with the people who adore you, whether you are dressed to the nines or just wearing the same boxers you wore on Monday but inside out. By the end of the month, things will greatly improve, and you will have spent some time with all the friends who make you smile.

If I were you, I would spend it observing and analyzing instead of taking action. Even when we want to cry over spilt wine, it is important to figure out how the darn goblets fell over in the first place. It is all a part of the healing process, no matter how painful. Let go this month. Take some downtime for yourself. Not only do you really need it, but you deserve it. Grab the two glasses of wine that didn’t spill and head off to some quiet place where you can be alone with your vibrator and your thoughts. The good news is that next month can only get better.

Can I switch my birth sign this month? Maybe I could be an honorary Leo this month? Their Sex Magic reading is way more fun. Then again, I read them as I pull them, and I won’t make an exception for my own birth sign. Overall this month is about interference. Sometimes gears get stuck, and instead of oiling them and getting them moving, we let them freeze up. Our control issues like to get in the way of us really experiencing life. Maybe you really should have your partner tie you up and leave you in a dark room with no knowledge of when you will be set free. All that alone time will give you a better sense of what needs to change when the opportunity arises. Ebenezer Scrooge comes to mind. Being rich and powerful is nothing without someone to share it with. Don’t get caught in your own worst fears. Surrender to them and you will be set free.

Aquarius

On the other hand, this is the same person who holds your hair back when you are puking from your night out with the girls. Which is more valuable to you?
